Finally I join Metro Homes :)

Yesterday I went to Metro Homes, registered as their named Negotiator. After I interview with three different agency which is located at Bayu Tinggi, Jalan Meru and Mont Kiara. Frankly speaking, I prefer the training lesson provided by Mont Kiara, but I think I not going to join them even after the training because of the distance problem. For Jalan Meru Agency, I might like the way they give assist to those fresh negotiator, but in the future, I think I wont get any good help from them. Thats is why I finally choose the Metro Homes which located at Bayu Tinggi. Hopefully everything will be fine, and my real estate career can improve smoothly.

Back to home...prepare for CNY

Just back from JB yesterday night:) suddenly receive a job and rush to JB due to client emergency issue. No time to develop on my iPad app on this week, keep on busy on others things. Finally come back to home, but feel very lazy on doing anything:p yet to buy new clothes, housekeeping...I think the coming is going to busy also for the CNY preparation. Wish everyone Happy Chinese New Year^^

Mont Kiara or Klang

Planning to join a real estate agency as a property negotiator, since I have lot of free time.Wish to learn more in property investment. I think to work as negotiators the best way to learn more and get used to it faster. Already went to two agency for a career talk, mont kiara or Klang, which area is better? Klang is familiar for me, and short distance for me to that office. Mont kiara, can learn a professional service, good property listing market.

Ipad Tutorial on get SplitView Controller into Tabbar Controller

My Ipad Apps In Progress...

Thinking to Post some tutorial to show how I develop my Ipad App, but maybe after I finish my development 1st. This is the third time I change my design on my app >__< . Sorry asking too much for myself. Will rushing these few days to complete it. I wish to finish it before Chinese New Year coming.

Oh Yes!!! Favco today highest 1.18...Oh No:( its not Mine...

These three days I keep on thought that I have hold the favco at the price 1.050. And I really feel excited when monitor the favco is keep on increase until today. This morning I check my account, wondering why the bank havent deduct the amount. I try to recall back while I on the way back from Port Dickson this evening. Oh No!!! My order is actually didnt Matched, but I thought its got. Long time didnt make an order at Maybank Online Stock, I forgot the term used by them. I confuse the Order Confirmed with the Order Matched. Today Favco finally day highest 1.18, but...I just only can see...T^T

Its really interesting with Iphone SDK, but its also a challenge for me since I never touch C languages before. My apps is still in designing state, still have more things to learn for complete it. Good luck for me.

Start designing my 1st Ipad App

Today morning wake up, suddenly I having an idea on my 1st Ipad App. Now is starting to design the flow of the app. Hopefully can come out my app in this month. ^^
