Focus on Area

Already  take rest for one month (July) from Real Estate Career. Busy on others businesses recently. I think its the time for me to start focusing one area on Properties Marketing and Listing.
There are few places which is popular in Klang Valley such as :
1) Klang/Bukit Tinggi/Botanic/Setia Alam
2) Klang/Bandar Puteri
3) Alam Impian
4) Subang Height/USJ Height
5) Subang/Sunway/USJ
6) Damansara
7) Puchong/Kinrara
8) Puchong/Puteri
9) Bangsar
10) etc.

Actually there still got many places got potential on marketing, but I think these are the only places I may do since I familiar on those places. Thinking to begin from Alam Impian and Subang area 1st because I quite prefer this two place for my own stay in future and investment.
